Jay Z ask a question in his new song which was "when the money goes, will they honeys stay".
As far as the song goes its tight as usual......My point in bringing this song up is to ask ;why is it ok to embrace growth in some and not others. This is far from the Jay-Z who made Big Pimpin'
or is it..?? Maybe this song is what he wanted to make back in 1990 whateva but couldn't for a number of reason .... IF I KNOW HOV ( I DON'T) BUT I THINK I DO, he always known the answer to this question in particular he timing is just so on point.

TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN

The only thing in this world that will never ever be controlled is time. Since the beginning there has always been a past, present and future and at any given "time" where equally apart of  all three continuous and only choose to focus in on one of them . For example when I wasn't in existence I was considered  the future and from my day of birth and until...death and beyond..... i will be considered present and to some kid or adult many years from here  I'm  just a thing of the past. I personally feel that to much of life is dedicated to the development of one particular moment that will eventually  pass by like all the others. So, many of us who just overload ourselves with work, love and other preoccupations to pass an already rapidly moving force. From here on out i will consider myself  the past the future and the present . So while the rule still applies TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN, I won't  be sitting around waiting to let time pick me up I'll coincidentally  be meeting the nigga everywhere he go!!  YA KNOW !! I am the FUTURE, PRESENT, PAST SO THERE IS NO ESCAPING ME !! MY TIME IS NOW AND FOREVER.......
